  1. I poped the card in my computer (running mythbuntu) and with the instructions I found on the Wellington Linux Users Group website (http://www.wlug.org.nz/FreeViewMythTvSetup) was up and running in under an hour watching freeview.
  2. Hi guys,

Unfortunately our supplier has informed us that Technotrend are currently having supply troubles. This means we aren't sure when we will have access to these cards again. We're currently looking for alternatives for everyone. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Cheers,

    hads
  3. Hi again,

The supply issues have now been resolved and we again have plenty of stock of these cards,

    Hadley
  4. This card works great - I've also been using it in Mythbuntu for over a year now (purchased from Nicegear of course!).
  5. Hads,

In your opinion what is a better card, the Technotrend or the TeVii? Just looking for good Linux friendly card to muck around with Myth and TVHeadEnd with.

    Cheers
  6. Hi Campbell,

I would go with the Technotrend myself. It's been proven solid and works out of the box.

The TeVii had/has some driver issues in Linux.

    Cheers,
