The new Arduino Mega with Atmega1280 controller (128KB of Flash, 8KB RAM and 4KB EEPROM) is the latest and greatest version of the popular Arduino physical computing platform. Including enhancements such as an autoreset function, extended power connector, built in led, USB overcurrent protection and automatic power source selection.
The Arduino Mega includes 53 IO ports with 4 hardware UARTs, 14 pins capable of PWM, I2C bus and 16 analog input pins. It can mount and use most of the Arduino Shields (not the ETH actual version).
