The Linksys POES5 adds 802.11af Power Over Ethernet (PoE) capability to your 5Volt IP phone such as the Linksys SPA941, Sipura SPA841 or other 5V IP phones.
Due to supplier issues you're probably better off with the LevelOne POS-1000.
